Cash on delivery In the case the customer chooses to pay his/her order with cash on delivery, he/she can cancel the order by answering to the confirmation call/email of Youniche Shope team by stating that the order has to be cancel. Youniche Shope do not make any refund. The customer can exchange the received products, only once, in exchange to the same product or product(s) equal to the same amount or a voucher. The product should be sent by the customer to Youniche Shope office within 72 hours.
