The customer can exchange the received products, only once, in exchange to the same product or product(s) equal to the same amount or a voucher. The customer should notify Youniche Shope team about the exchange of the product(s) within 24 hours from the receipt of the product(s) by phone call or by sending an email to info@younicheshop.com. The product should be sent by the customer to Youniche Shope office within 72 hours. Customers residing outside Jordan should pay their order per credit card. The customer cannot cancel his/her order unless a common consensus is reached between the customer and Youniche Shope staff.
