Cash on delivery In the case the customer chooses to pay his/her order with cash on delivery, he/she can cancel the order by answering to the confirmation call/email of Youniche Shope team by stating that the order has to be cancel. If Youniche Shope staff doesn’t receive any answer from the customer within 3 days, the order is automatically canceled and an email is sent to the customer informing him/her about the cancellation of the order. Youniche Shope do not make any refund. The customer can exchange the received products, only once, in exchange to the same product or product(s) equal to the same amount or a voucher. The customer should notify Youniche Shope team about the exchange of the product(s) within 24 hours from the receipt of the product(s) by phone call or by sending an email to info@younicheshop.com. The product should be sent by the customer to Youniche Shope office within 72 hours. Customers residing outside Jordan should pay their order per credit card. The customer cannot cancel his/her order unless a common consensus is reached between the customer and Youniche Shope staff. The customer can exchange the received products, only once, in exchange to the same product or product(s) equal to the same amount or a voucher. The customer should notify Youniche Shop team about the exchange of the product within 24 hours from the receipt of the products by phone call or by sending an email to info@younicheshop.com. The product should be sent to Youniche Shop office by the customer within 5 working days. The shipping fees to return and receive the new product(s) are on the customer’s charge.
