Cash on delivery In the case the customer chooses to pay his/her order with cash on delivery, he/she can cancel the order by answering to the confirmation call/email of Youniche Shope team by stating that the order has to be cancel. If Youniche Shope staff doesn’t receive any answer from the customer within 3 days, the order is automatically canceled and an email is sent to the customer informing him/her about the cancellation of the order. Youniche Shope do not make any refund. The customer can exchange the received products, only once, in exchange to the same product or product(s) equal to the same amount or a voucher.
