Cash on delivery In the case the customer chooses to pay his/her order with cash on delivery, he/she can cancel the order by answering to the confirmation call/email of Youniche Shope team by stating that the order has to be cancel. If Youniche Shope staff doesn’t receive any answer from the customer within 3 days, the order is automatically canceled and an email is sent to the customer informing him/her about the cancellation of the order.
